1. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or a stock discrepancy, and will refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout by the payment methods offered there.

3. Condition of instruments

Each instrument is individually inspected and set up before shipping. Guitars priced above 400 EUR are described as Mint Condition. Product photos may be illustrative until stated otherwise on the product page.

4. Pre-orders

Items marked Pre-order are charged when ordered and ship within 5-10 business days. If we cannot ship within that time we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery across Europe is free and insured on every instrument. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is free: email us and we will send you a return label. Refunds are made to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal under EU law, are not affected.

7. Warranty and statutory rights

Consumers in the EU are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee for goods. If an item is not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods ordered.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
